Drop off items for repair
Bring your items to Wolf & Badger Soho. You’ll book in store and we’ll take a deposit £5 deposit/item. We send your items directly to The Seam’s repair specialists.
2.
Approve your quotes
Our Makers will evaluate your repairs and provide you with a quote for each item. Click below to view pricing in advance.
3.
Receive your items by post
Standard repairs will be completed within 15 working days from payment, and sent by Royal Mail to your home address.

How will I receive my items back from repair?
All items will be sent to your home address via Royal Mail once your repairs are completed.
How will my items be transported from Wolf & Badger to The Seam?
The Seam may courier or post your item to your assigned Maker, depending on their location. The cost of this will be covered by The Seam.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
When you drop off your items for repair at Wolf & Badger, you will pay a £5 deposit per item for transportation and assessment by our Makers. Should you not wish to proceed with your repairs, your deposit is not refundable, and we will return your items to your home address via Royal Mail.
Can I get quotes for my repairs whilst visiting the store?
Staff at Wolf & Badger aren't able to provide pricing for each service. Before visiting the store to drop your repairs, you can check out The Seam's guide pricing here.
What kinds of repair services are available?
You can drop off any clothes, shoes, handbags and accessories for repair. The Seam offer a wide variety of repairs from everyday fixes like seam repairs, zipper replacements and moth holes repairs to leather restoration, footwear repair, sneaker cleaning, embroidery and so much more. We always do our best to match your booking to the best specialist for the job. Makers will be assigned at the discretion of The Seam.
What happens is my item requires cleaning?
The Seam offer professional cleaning services for footwear and handbags. Handbags and footwear can be dropped of at our Wolf & Badger pop-up for deep cleaning. Depending on the degree of permanent marks and stains on footwear and handbags, we may also recommend a leather restoration service. You will be able to discuss the services with your assigned Maker prior to proceeding. The Seam do not currently offer cleaning services for clothing items, and we ask that clothing for repair is dropped off in clean condition. Should any items of clothing dropped off for repair need to be cleaned prior to being repaired, a £12–£20 dry cleaning fee will be added to your order.
